SKOTT ILLUSTRATED FIT GUIDE

Start with the right measurement

For the most accurate fit, measure your left hand around the knuckles with your fingers naturally together and your thumb outside the tape.

  • Use circumference when possible
  • Keep the tape snug, not tight
  • If between sizes, review the product-specific guidance

How to measure your hand

  1. Use a flexible measuring tape around your hand at knuckle level.
  2. Keep your thumb outside the tape and your fingers naturally together.
  3. Keep the tape snug without compressing your hand.
  4. Measure both hands and use the larger measurement.

Skott weightlifting gloves
